Rev. Dr. Frank Glover, MD, Dr. PH, MPH, FACS
FOUNDER
Certified by the American Board of Urology
Frank E. Glover, Jr., MD, Dr. PH, MPH, F.A.C.S., is a Board-Certified Urologist. Dr. Glover, Director of The Urology Institute, has earned two doctoral degrees and completed his fellowship at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. Dr. Glover’s discovery of the world’s highest rate of prostate cancer in Jamaica has been internationally recognized and published in American Journal of Urology and numerous journals and textbooks. Dr. Glover has performed thousands of urologic procedures related to bladder control, prostate treatment, kidney stones and impotence. Dr. Glover is also the recipient of the National Medial Association Physician of the Year Award.

Dr. Marsha D. Glover, MD, MPH, MBA, FAAP
ADMINISTRATOR
Dr. Marsha Glover is the Chief Executive Officer for the Urology Institute and Continence Center and the Urology Institute Ambulatory Surgery Center. She has held this position for the past 15 years. She is a summa cum laude graduate of the University of Mississippi with a B.A. degree in chemistry. She received her medical degree from the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine and master’s degree in public health with an emphasis in health policy from the Johns Hopkins School of Hygiene and Public Health. In addition, she is a board-certified pediatrician, and has almost two decades of clinical experience, including a medical directorship. She has also earned her MBA from the EMORY Goizueta School of Business.

Jay Wooley, RN
REGISTERED NURSE
Mr. Wooley has over 20 years of nursing experience. After honing his skills in intensive care, emergency, and flight nursing, he took on the challenge of anesthesia. He has provided anesthesia to patients in all facets of healthcare over the last 12 years. Most recently, he has acted as the sole anesthesia provider to residents of medically underserved areas of South Georgia. He is board certified in Nurse Anesthesia. Mr. Wooley enjoys flying and volunteering as a paramedic for his local E.M.S. agency.

Mary Vaiculevich
DIRECTOR OF NURSING
Mary Vaiculevich, RN has over 37 years of nursing experience. Mary previously served as a staff nurse, assistant nurse manager, nurse manger, and team leader at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital for the last 20 years. Mrs. Vaiculevich currently serves as the recovery room nurse at The Urology Institute Ambulatory Surgery Center. She maintains Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification. She is a member of AORN and the AACN (American Academy of Critical Care Nurses).
